Michelle Gilliam

Michelle began practicing Bikram Yoga at the Tysons studio in the fall of 2011 and was instantly hooked. She quickly took part in the workstudy program at Tysons and still does. In December 2016 she completed her PyroPilates certification and loves teaching classes. She focuses on correct form and safety while encouraging her students to laugh and have fun.

Michelle has a culinary background but decided to give that up after becoming a mom. Sebastien, her nine year old son, often practices alongside her in a Bikram class or makes everyone laugh in her Pilates class.

In 2015, Michelle completed a certification in Personal Training. In 2017 she completed a Sports Nutrition Certification and a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. She teaches Vinyasa and Yin yoga and is very happy to share the gift of Yoga and Pilates with people.
